Register to Speak at Planning Committee

Please note that this meeting will be live streamed and recorded for archive purposes subject to any technical issues experienced on the day. We will retain the data for 6 years and then offer it to the archivist at the Glamorgan Archives for permanent retention. If you would like to speak on an application being discussed at a Planning Committee, please feel free to complete and submit this form.

Please be aware, that this form will allow you to register to speak on one application that is on the Agenda of the relevant Planning Committee. Should you wish to speak on any other Planning Application, please submit another registration form.

Forms should be submitted, no later than 17:00 three clear days prior to and not including the meeting day. For example, if the meeting falls on a Thursday, requests to speak should be received by 17.00 on the preceding Sunday.

Please be advised speakers are required to access the Committee meeting remotely 15 minutes prior to the start, which will allow the Democratic Services Officer time to assist with any difficulties if needed.

N.B. - If more than one person is registered to speak for or against, they are encouraged to nominate one spokesperson. In order for the Council to assist you to nominate a spokesperson, prior to the Planning Committee meeting, can you indicate whether you consent to the Council sharing your contact details (name, e-mail and telephone number(s)) with others (of the same opinion) who wish to speak.
